Vendor Quality:
Vendor scorecards will be conducted and issued by Procurement with market input for all preferred vendors and large volume vendors.

Audits:
The audit criteria, scope, frequency, and methods have been defined. Selection of auditors and conduct of audits ensures objectivity and impartiality of the audit process. Auditors do not audit their own work.
